“There is some evidence that Youtubers are employees”

Is YouTube compliant with regulation regarding employment classification and data protection? What are the potential signs that Youtubers could be “falsely self employed”? What would be the consequences if this turns out to be the case? And what should policy makers do to better protect platform workers?
